Q: What are blind bag pins?
A: Blind bag pins are surprise collectible pins packaged so you don’t know which design you’ll get until you open it! It’s a fun way to collect and trade with friends.

Q: What is the Keepsake Circle?
A: The Keepsake Circle is our cozy collectors club! Members get early access to new releases, exclusive charms, special rewards, and fun community events. Access details are provided when a product is purchased.

Q: Can I trade or return pins/stickers?
A: We encourage trading among collectors to complete your sets! However, because of the nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently no, we can only ship within the UK at present, and we want to encourage in-person trading too. Hopefully as we grow, this is absolutely something we want to do!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Currently, we are dispatching orders at the end of August 2025. From September 2025 onwards, orders will usually be dispatched within 5–7 business days. We use Royal Mail for all postage, so delivery times may vary depending on your location.

A: We love hearing your ideas! While we don’t offer custom orders at the moment, keep an eye out for special campaigns where you might have a chance to contribute ideas or vote on designs.

A: Our pins are soft enamel with sturdy metal backing, designed to last and look beautiful on your favourite jackets, bags, or pouches. Stickers are high-quality vinyl perfect for decorating journals, laptops, and more.

Q: How do I care for my pins and stickers?
A: Keep your pins dry and avoid scratching them. Stickers stick best to clean, smooth surfaces. If you want to keep your collection looking fresh, store items in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
