 Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

All products are offered while supplies last. Images shown are for illustrative purposes — actual products may vary slightly due to small-batch processes.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, google pay and other express checkout options .

3. Shipping

We ship from the United Kingdom, and during the initial launch on 10/08/2025 – all orders will ship from the end of August 2025 unless otherwise stated. From September 2025 onwards all orders will ship within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated.  Delivery times vary by region and shipping method. Royal mail is the preferred shipping provider.

Customers are responsible for entering accurate addresses — we can’t reship orders lost due to incorrect info.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and branding are copyright © Weeze & Co. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell any of our content or products without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our site or products.


 Returns & Refunds Policy

Final Sale Policy

All items are final sale. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at support@weezeandco.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photo(s) of the issue

We’ll do our best to replace or refund affected items. Limited edition items may not be replaceable, but we’ll always work with you on a fair solution.

Event & Limited Releases

Event exclusives and limited drops may not be eligible for replacement due to limited quantities, but please still reach out — we want to help however we can!
